Potato and tuna salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 potato
  • 2 eggs
  • half green bell pepper
  • half sweet onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 black olives
  • 1 can of tuna
  • Salt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • vinegar

STEP-BY-STEP ELABORATION

1- Peel and cut the potatoes.

2- Cook the potatoes and eggs, the eggs will need 15 minutes from when the water starts to boil. Reserve.

3- Put the cold potatoes in a bowl. Cut the cold and peeled hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.

4- Carve the green pebrot into squares, and sweep it all into the bowl.

6- Carve the olives petites and affect the bowl, sweep the ingredients.

7- Add the can of crumbled tuna and the tomato into small pieces.
