Program Steamer 16 minutes 120 degrees.

Open the cans and drain well both the oil and the water, so that it is well drained.

Season the mashed potatoes with salt and pepper and program 10 seconds on speed 2.

Put the eggs, tuna, surimi, olives and pepper into the jug. Chop with the turbo, remove from the jug and add the mayonnaise, mixing well, it should be thick.

Assemble the cake:

1- Extend a baking paper and on top, leaving a margin around it, we are extending the mashed potatoes.

2- On top of the layer of potatoes we will put another layer with the mixture that carries the mayonnaise, also leaving a margin around it.

3- Now, with the help of the baking paper, we will roll the cake on itself and then we will reserve it in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours.

4- After the time has elapsed, remove the baking paper, then cover with a layer of mayonnaise and decorate the cake as desired.

You can enjoy it as a standalone meal or pair it with a fresh salad for a complete dining experience.
