Cinnamon and honey gingerbread cookies.
Today we are making some delicious gingerbread and cinnamon cookies to make them lighter and healthier, we are going to add honey to sweeten them and thus replace some amount of sugar that will be brown sugar.
With these ingredients we will get a baking tray full of cookies.
Ingredients for gingerbread cookies
- 250 grams flour.
- 150 grams butter or margarine.
- 80 grams brown sugar.
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate coffee.
- tablespoon honey (to taste).
- 1 teaspoon ginger (to taste).
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (to taste).
- 1 egg.
- Sugar glass
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Step by step preparation
First in a bowl put the sifted flour, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger and mix well.
Now undo the butter, I put it a little in the microwave.
Beat the egg and add to the bowl together with the melted butter and honey.
Now mix well and with a spatula.
Then knead by hand on the marble and when a ball is formed I put it on a covered plate for half an hour in the fridge to rest.
After half an hour, take out the dough and with a little flour on the marble and on the rolling pin, spread a layer more or less as thick as you like, about half a centimeter.
With the molds or with a glass we are making the cookies.
The time has come to bake the time is variable, in my case I put 190 degrees heat 18 minutes up and down.
Una vez cocidas, las sacamos del horno para que se enfríen, me gusta espolvorear azúcar Glass pero realmente no es necesario. Buen provecho
