Gazpacho

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg. ripe tomato best pear type
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 little onion it’s optional
  • 250 ml Water it’s a glass
  • shall to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil EVOO to taste
  • 30 ml wine vinegar, the amount is indicative align to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash, and cut the tomatoes into pieces and put them in the blender.

2. Peel and slice the cucumber.

3. We will put all the vegetables in pieces in the blender and we will beat.

4. We will add the water, the oil and salt to taste, we will beat well.

5. Then if we like it very fine in texture we can strain it, I don’t do it, I like it that way.
