Cream Of Vegetable Soup

Recipe for a light vegetable cream, ideal as a starter and even light for dinner and with lots of vitamins from the vegetables.
We can make it with different vegetables, today I had at home courgette, leek, carrots and I decided to use it for the cream.


  • 1 courgette
  • 2 Leeks
  • 2 carrots
  • Half an onion
  • 1 potato
  • Salt, pepper, oil and milk.


Wash the vegetables and chop them. Heat the oil in a casserole dish and fry the vegetables, season with salt and pepper and stir, so that they gain flavour.

After frying them for about 5 minutes, add water to cover them, cover the pan and leave to cook until they are tender.

Once they are tender, blend them with a blender or mini-blender, adjust the salt, add a dash of olive oil, mix well, and now add a dash of milk and mix again. Our light vegetable cream is ready, it is an easy and quick dish as well as being light and healthy.

We can use the vegetables that we want. I detail the steps in the following video with the programming of the robot, I like its simplicity and the final texture that it gives to the cream.
